In the style of Alfons Mucha

After reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert lent to me by a friend, there has been a real shift in my thinking about creativity. One of my favourite thoughts from her book is that it is better to be a “deeply-disciplined half-ass than a lazy perfectionist”. In that spirit, for the next week I will be drawing pictures inspired by Alfons Mucha and posting them on my blog. The main criterion for me will not be that the drawing looks interesting or detailed enough, or any one of those qualifiers we use to judge art. I will ask simply that the drawing is, more or less, done.
